V-TAC apologizes to all of our customers about the defect in this batch. We performed tests at our discretion and we can confirm that the SDCM parameter is not responsible for a set color temperature of 2700K. The discrepancy occurred due to a faulty chip supply (instead of 2700K, batch number 3504 was produced with 3000K chips).
Please, if have this product with Batch Number 3504, return it to your vendor for an exchange with a new product of the same type.
